Gary Cooper starred in "Sergeant York" and won 2 academy awards for it. He was born in Helena, Montana. Sergeant York was about when Alvin York had to register for the draft unwillingly, and ended up killing about 25 German Nazis in World War Two. He was even awarded The Medal Of Honor.When he was offered a quarter of a million dollars and refused it because he was only defending his men.
